Testing

To ensure properfunctionality, our valves have to undergo rigid testing according to theappropriate specifications and regulations. So every valve we have manufacturedis tested for pressure containment and leakage. These tests are carried outaccording to DIN 3230, API 598, BS 6755, and other standards, with test mediumsbeing fluids and gases.

Moreover, weconduct a set of special tests to guarantee overall safety of our valves.Dangerous and delicate materials in particular require such additional testing.For example, low temperature tests are carried out to ensure the valvesfunction correctly at very low temperature levels. Basic valve requirements arecovered by standard specifications, such as DIN EN 12567, DIN EN 1626 and BS6364. Furthermore, we comply with specifications to meet our customers'specific requirements.
